Warehouse Supervisor

Venezia Marketing & Distribution has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Supervisor to join our team. Located in Hoddesdon, we have been providing support for our online business for nearly 20 years. With access to a wide range of over 30,000 bathroom spare parts, our customers benefit from an extensive selection to solve their specific needs.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Warehouse Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team, overseeing our goods in / out procedures, and coordinating dispatches to customers worldwide. Working closely with the Warehouse Team and the wider Management team, you will be accountable for identifying issues and implementing solutions to enhance processes across the warehouse. The role will require managing daily tasks, ensuring the team collaborates effectively, and maintaining the highest standards for our customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in leading, supervising, or managing a team in a warehouse or operational environment.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Awareness of Health & Safety requirements, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Resilience in handling challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and effective time management.
- Proficiency in computer systems for warehouse management.
- Eagerness to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry.

**Additional Duties**:
The position will also involve the following responsibilities:

- Ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely end-to-end warehouse processes in line with agreed targets.
- Investigating issues to reduce errors in product movements and maintain inventory and order accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

**Location and Schedule**:

Unit 2 Haslemere Industrial Estate, Charlton Mead Lane, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 0DJ

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Hourly rate: £14.00 (equivalent to £29,120 per annum)
- Annual leave: 20 days per annum plus bank holidays
