We are a small family run specialist horticulture company maintaining high end properties in Chesterfield and surrounding villages, Bakewell, Dronfield and South Sheffield. We pride ourselves in our high standards and exceptional horticulture knowledge. We have over 15 years experience in both commercial and domestic grounds maintenance.

We are looking for a person to take on the role of team lead with in our company. The applicant will be in charge of their own vehicle and will be responsible for the round as directed by the office.

Experience
- The safe use and management of petrol tools and gardening equipment.
- Lawn care, management - training can be provided, but some knowledge would be beneficial.
- Hedge cutting, pruning, and maintaining.
- General gardening and some plant knowledge.
- General knowledge and use of ride on mowers.
- Must be capable and competent at pruning and cutting tress and hedgerows at height, ie. safe use of ladders.

CsCs would be preferable - test can be provided if necessary.
Licences and qualifications would be beneficial. However, we will consider applicants with proven experience.
Chainsaw licence would be beneficial but not entirely necessary.
- Must be physically fit and be able to manage multiple jobs in a day.
- We are looking for some one who can be an all round asset to our company, who can manage the day to day running of the maintenance round and can work efficiently and compatently on their own and leading a small team of operatives.

Work will be spread over 8 hours a day, on the basis of 2-3 domestic gardening jobs a day, and 1-2 full days on one single job, whether it be a commercial maintenance visit or a domestic site, rotating on a fortnightly rota.

All tools and equipment will be supplied.
Must be able to supply own boots and suitable clothing.
