Your role will involve assisting qualified electricians in maintaining high standards of electrical installations across our properties, requiring experience in both commercial and residential settings.

**About You**

We are seeking an individual with a passion for electrical work and a commitment to excellence. Your initiative, effective communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn are vital qualities that will contribute to your success at Colten Developments Ltd. You should hold essential qualifications such as an ECS card, NVQ, or City and Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical installation. A valid UK driving license and access to personal transport are necessary to carry out your duties effectively. Experience of working on commercial and residential electrical installations and maintenance is required. You should be able to work on your own initiative, be a good communicator and be willing to learn.
