**About The Role**:
**A holiday payment of £2,986.92 will be paid equally over 12 months in addition to the pro rata salary above.**

East Kent Colleges Group are seeking a Skills Practitioner at EKC Broadstairs College.

As a Skills Practitioner you will provide Learning/Technical support to staff and students within Carpentry and Painting and Decorating teams and to undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the College and awarding bodies.

In your role as a Skills Practitioner you will liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders as necessary or required, provide feedback to students that will aid successful progression and achievement and stock control, to include ordering and issuing of supplies.

**About You**:
We are seeking to appoint an organised and efficient member to our team who has excellent communication skills and can facilitate learners on tasks. You will also provide demonstrations as required in class to aid the delivery of outstanding provision within EKC Group.
