Seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work in the busy Camden Accessible Travel Solutions Service to oversee, plan and develop the delivery of transport services to a range of customers, including older and disabled people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for delivering cost effective services on time, efficiently and in accordance with relevant service requirements, ensuring a high quality customer focused service at all times.
- The Logistics Coordinator will manage the routing, scheduling and planning of passenger vehicles, ensuring that the service is constantly adapting to address the demands of our diverse range of customers.
- You will have experience working in a fast paced operational environment, and demonstrate a solutions focussed approach to problem solving and dealing with conflicting demands from internal and external commissioners and customers.
- You will have experience of liaising with customers and diverse stakeholders to capture and respond to their needs, including expansions or contractions in service delivery or managing with reduced resources
- To undertake staff supervision and to support the Team Manager in delivering a front line service with a suitably trained and competent workforce, including delivering and organising training as required.
- Experience in analysing complex data and delivering reports using a variety of mediums, eg bespoke scheduling and planning software, MS Office suite, and to provide management information that informs service delivery.
- To undertake regular quality monitoring exercises, including complaint resolution and service reconfiguration as required.
- This role will involve rotational shifts between 0700 - 1830 and out of hours on call as required however you may be asked to work different hours in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment, and for which appropriate notice will be provided.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in conjunction with the Team Manager and in consultation with end users as appropriate.
- To have a high regard and understanding of the health and safety requirements of a transport operation and to ensure compliance at all times. To have an aptitude for Information Technology and a keen interest in the role of technology in delivering high quality transport services.
- To assist with reception duties, telephone calls and liaising with all levels of staff, customers and sub - contractors as required.
- To communicate effectively with all contacts and respond sensitively to client needs, to adhere to customer care policies.

Rate: £18.45 Umbrella

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £18.45 per hour
