To work on a New Build Housing site. You will have to load out for bricklayers,

Joiners, roofers, plasterers.

You will need to have a forklift / tele handler licence with a minimum of three years experience.

You will need to off load lorries and be able to attach a wheel wash brush onto the forks.

General labouring duties will also be required when asked.

**Salary**: £13.50-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Darlington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- telehandler: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- telehandler license (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPCS (required)

Work Location: One location
