Beverage Server

At Flying Panda, we always aim to provide the most authentic and delicious bubble tea experience to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us on a part-time basis.

Duties include:
**Drink Preparation**:

- Accurately measure and mix ingredients to prepare bubble tea drinks.
- Cook and prepare tapioca pearls and prepare other toppings.
- Adjust the sweetness level, ice, and toppings according to customer preferences.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their beverage and food service needs.
- Explain the bubble tea menu to new customers, make suggestions and answer any questions.
- Efficiently handle cash and card transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Keep the service and preparation areas clean and well-stocked.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, and cleaning equipment.
- Restock supplies as needed and inform the owner of any shortages.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ensure that all beverages are served at the correct temperature and presentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a cafe or bubble tea shop is a plus.
- Helpful and friendly attitude when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.70 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
