**Sales Manager - Epsom -£30,000 basic, OTE £35,000 - £40,000**

We are delighted to be recruiting for this very established estate agency, they are a very successful business with a high street office in Epsom.

Due to a recent success our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. Ideally you will be already working successfully in a similar role.

**_Competitive Basic Salary with a realistic £35,000 OTE._**

Working hours are over a 5 day week, there will be a requirement to work some Saturdays.

**Sales ManagerRole & Responsibilities**:

- Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
- Maximise revenues and help grow the property register
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Help maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
- Dealing with enquiries.
- Help train junior members of staff

**The Ideal Person**:

- You will have worked in a similar role within an Estate Agency
- You will enjoy working towards and exceeding targets.
- You will be resilient & self-motivated.
- You will have a UK driving Licence.
- Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers._
