**Marketing Executive (£27,200)**
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a full time permanent basis.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Campaign Manager, the Marketing Executive will support our funeral director sales channel, providing assistance in terms of marketing strategy, planning and execution of campaigns. The Marketing Executive will ensure the best possible customer experience for our partners and ensure Golden Charter is the partner of choice for funeral directors. They will drive sales in the channel by providing funeral directors with the appropriate marketing support, enabling them to sell plans easily.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create quality written content
- Plan and delivery a robust communications strategy using multiple channels to land key messages with funeral director partners
- Development of internal business briefing materials and sessions to equip the internal sales team with the tools required for successful funeral director engagement
- Assist Campaign Manager to develop and delivery engaging marketing plans and tactics to increase funeral director involvement
- Develop annual campaign calendar and assist in the creation of marketing toolkits and relevant assets
- Develop and deliver an engaging annual campaign with Royal British Legion and Poppyscotland that supports funeral director engagement with customers at a local level
- Work closely and manage relationships with creative and media agencies, fulfilment and print suppliers
- Manage and upload all marketing materials to mygoldencharter.co.uk and internal intranet
- Monitor, track and report on results of campaign activity, using the data to provide innovative ideas and solutions to improve campaigns inform future strategy
**Essential Criteria**
- Digital marketing experience
- Marketing experience, in particular copywriting
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and external suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using a website CMS i.e. Contentful
**Desirable Criteria**
- Degree educated
- Google certifications
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
