**Your new company**
This secondary school is based in the Wigan area and due to an upcoming secondment, the school has approached Hays seeking a Computer Science Teacher to start at Easter for a 1 year contract. The school is known for providing support to ECTs, with their supportivedepartments and SLT and it has an excellent reputation locally. Based in Wigan, the school is easily accessible via both the M6 and public transport links.
**Your new role**
Joining the school at Easter, you will be responsible for teaching ICT/Computer Science at both KS3 and KS4. You will work alongside 1 other teacher within the department, therefore working closely to focus on the teaching of the national curriculum and planninglessons. You will deliver these creating a positive learning environment and you will then mark and assess pupils work, ensuring they are fully prepared for upcoming exams. As this is a long term position, you will also be required to attend parents eveningsand additional school functions.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status and have experience teaching ICT/Computer Science to KS4. You will be available to start at Easter and continue in a 1 year contract.
