**Community Works Operative / Waste Operative**

**£11.41ph**

**Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm & Friday 7am-2:30pm**

Our public sector client located in Tain is looking for Community Works Operatives on a temporary basis starting immediately. Experience is desirable however full training will be given. This is heavy duty labouring and you will be required to work outdoors in all weathers, therefore we are ideally looking for people who enjoy working outdoors.
Safety boots are required for this position and are not provided by the client, however you will be supplied with all other necessary PPE.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Litter picking in the streets and public areas
- Emptying of dog waste bins
- Involves some sweeping using a brush
- May also be on the trucks to various villages to litter pick and empty dog bins
- Collection of bulky items and other bins when necessary
- Any other work as directed by supervisor/foreman
