We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate - Control to join our Global Asset Safety team. This role is located in Manchester, Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, reports, presentation materials and minutes to global asset safety-related governance committees and forums.
- Responsible for the maintenance of client asset safety-related accountability matrix, which outlines the roles and responsibilities of accountable / responsible individuals from lines of businesses across the globe
- Engage with other regional and functional regulatory and management reporting teams.
- Independently completes a wide range of administrative duties in support of the wider team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Solid organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and therefore, manage priorities, establish, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Team player, with the ability to work independently at times, and to work across diverse regional and functional teams.
- Strong PC skills, proficient knowledge of relevant business software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Knowledge of the FCA Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) regulations and an understanding of the regulatory reporting environment an advantage.
