**Typical day in the life of a Customer Support Advisor**:

- Being the first point of contact for all inbound customer contact
- Answering and resolving Incoming telephone calls
- Answering and responding to customer contact via Live Chat (full training given)
- Processing incoming post
- Composing letters to customers
- Updating records on the company database
- Scanning and filing of paperwork

**Package for a Customer Support Advisor**:

- ** Starting salary** £22,620
- ** Hours **(36.15) Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm
- ** Contract **Permanent
- ** Location **Selsey, West Sussex
- Target is an **Employee Ownership trust** - you will become a beneficiary after 12 months employment
