**Data Analyst (CRM & Customer Analytics)**

**Surrey - Flexible hybrid working - typically 1 or 2 days a week in office**

**£40,000 - £50,000 DOE**

You will focus on enhancing the customer experience (CX), personalising customer journeys and customer propositions.You background will allow you to bring strength in Data Analytics to a range of tactical and strategic projects. (SQL, Databricks, PowerBI)

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Working with Marketing teams to deliver customer centric journeys, propositions, and communications.
- Utilising technical expertise, communication, and presentation skills to build and maintain tailored insightful reports to stakeholders
- Take ownership for maintaining and improving data quality, acting as a Data steward
- Contributing to Auditing and Compliance responsibilities
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide advisory and consultancy services to ensure achievement of business goals
- Champion CX and the delivery of hyper-personalised customer experiences

**To be a successful you will possess**:

- A demonstrable career in Data Analytics
- A range of projects in the last two years focused on processing, analysing and reporting on Customer Data and Customer Data Management
- A relevant academic background, ideally to include Data Science, Mathematics, Data Analysis or Marketing
- Excellent skills in SQL
- A good working knowledge of SAS, Databricks, IBM MDM or similar
- A good working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar
- Ideally some commercial exposure to working with Google Analytics, Azure Data Lake and Salesforce CRM.

**Reward**:
Depending on your level of experience and ability to traverse the requirements laid out above, typical salaries are between £40 - £50,000 plus Personal performance Bonus, Company performance Bonus, Hybrid/Flexible working Pension, and a broad range of otheremployee and lifestyle lead benefits.

Flexible hybrid working is typically 1 or 2 days a week in the office. Base location is Weybridge Surrey,
