**Salary**: £34,000 Paid Fortnightly + Paid Overtime
This is a role is a 40 Hour Contract but you can work Monday to Thursday only with Friday Off It is also Fortnightly pay
A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in the Canary Wharf. This is working purely in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Thursday only so a long day Monday and then hours split for Tue-Thu and also thechance to work overtime which is paid after 40 hours
Currently they have a well staffed team in the kitchen with an Exec Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chefs and CDP's and Commis Chef and KP.s. You will be catering for around 800-1000 on a daily basis so will need experience in large volume catering
We are looking for a Sous Chef with staff dining experience ideally from a busy Contract Catering site. The main focus is for Street Food and cuisine from the high street, You will need good knowledge of current trends and have a keen interest in dish development.
The Sous Chef will need a solid career history ideally within Contract Catering and be able to work in busy environments. You will be joining one of the leading contract caterers in the UK so very good opportunity for progression and development are offered.
