Bartender/server

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper hygiene practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Proficient in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails and pouring drinks accurately
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and ability to work as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 39 per week
