As the Lead Senior Care Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional care and lifestyle choices to our residents. Reporting to the Dementia Care Manager, you'll be a crucial part of ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of relationship-centered care and dementia support.

**? Your Responsibilities**:
**✨ Inspire and Lead**: Motivate and guide our care team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our home and community.

**✨ Dementia Care Advocacy**: Work alongside the Dementia Care Manager to uphold our vision and values, ensuring our residents receive specialized dementia care.

**✨ Safety and Care**: Oversee medication orders and audits, conduct risk assessments, and ensure safe practices within the home.
