**Warehouse Operative/ Delivery Driver**

ITS are one of the largest independent power & hand tool suppliers in the UK with a hugely successful on-line presence, and retail operation with ambitious plans for future growth and development. Our distribution centre is based in Harlow and has great facilities and parking. Dedicated and hard-working, our warehouse team are the backbone of ITS. Whether ensuring all of our customer orders are dispatched on time, processing the thousands of products we receive every day or making sure our stock is accurate our warehouse team do it with a smile The driver is a central member of this, ensuring our stores stock stays replenished accurately and in good time.

**The Role**

**Warehouse Operative**
- Ensure customers' orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently
- Picking stock for transfers to our retail stores
- Receipting deliveries at Goods In, ensuring their accuracy and condition
- Locating deliveries into the warehouse
- Processing internal stock movement in "Bulk to Pick" replenishments
- Stock taking and assisting in the resolution of stock discrepancie

**Additional Driving Role**
- Transfer stock between our Distribution Centre and various retail stores
- Making deliveries to sites and customers
- Safe loading of delivery vehicles
- Performing vehicle checks
- Ensuring the accuracy, and quality of stock delivered and collected from stores
- Accurately completing delivery paperwork
- Adopting a pro-active approach to Health and Safety
- Assisting the Warehouse team with other warehousing duties when not driving
- Be driven with a desire to progress and achieve
- Take pride in their work, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Be a good communicator; highlighting issues and working well within the warehouse team
- Have experience with driving delivery vehicles (3.5t)

**Hours**

**Full Time**

Working a revolving 5-day shift (5 days in 7, working one weekend every three weeks). Week 1 - 8:00am to 17:00pm, Week 2 - 11:00am to 20:00pm and Week 3 - 13:00pm to 22:00pm (40 hours per week)

**Salary**

£11.50 - £13.66 per hour plus a 15% unsociable hours supplement for all hours worked passed 20.00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
