WHAT TO EXPECT:
An opportunity has opened up for a Content Creator in the Industrial Operations Digital & Innovation, Manufacturing Systems team.

The Manufacturing Systems team is responsible for delivering new systems & processes for deployment across JLR's global manufacturing footprint, and for the implementation of business processes required to ensure effective IT-enabled Systems.

This role is within the Asset & Resource team, which leads systems delivery for Maintenance and the Time & Attendance functions. The purpose of this role is to align cross functional work content within the Asset Management to support the Maintenance teams work content. Also, for both Asset & Resource projects, there will be responsibility for ensuring training content is sufficient, correct & ready for User Training to take place.

The location is stated as Solihull Plant, this is negotiable to any of JLR's Manufacturing facilities in the UK, however the requirement is that the role will require move between each of the Operational Plant and Engineering locations within the UK, and may also require international travel to all JLR manufacturing locations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contribute to the development of a structured approach to solving business problems using business process improvement methods in order to develop more effective and efficient ways of working.
- Support the delivery and planning of strategic options analysis and evaluation together with proposal presentation to senior stakeholders on Business Processes and related improvements
- Assist in the delivery, cost, budget control and quality improvements with a keen customer focus taking overall responsibility for budget management and quality management.
- Work in line with formal project and change management techniques to ensure on time delivery and achievement of planned outcomes

WHAT YOU-LL NEED:

- Relevant previous experience Business Process Improvement
- IT skills, with a strong knowledge of process flow diagrams
- Experience of Content Creation in appropriate format delivered to stakeholders at varying levels
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
