Electrical Estimator

**Job description**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Estimator with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.

As Electrical Estimator you will be responsible for all enquiries seeing them through to bid management phase.

You will play a key role in supporting our project teams and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Provide active visible leadership for all enquiries/estimates/tenders

Strong leadership, attention to detail, motivational and communication skills

Experience of ProCore Estimation advantageous

Knowledge of mechanical/plumbing heating advantageous

**Responsibilities**:
Review of all customer enquiries.

Raise RFI with clients/main contractors.

Manage estimation and submittal of tenders to clients

Obtain external quotations for specific materials, equipment, and sub-contractors.

Assist with project variations and submit costs to clients in a timely manner

Liaise with project managers from pricing stage through to job completion.

Assist with the development of O&M Manuals.
