**The Role**:

- Develop and implement the strategy for Engineering operations.
- Oversee all Engineering client contracts and service levels.
- Cost and quality controls, budgeting, reporting and P&L management.
- Manage and develop Engineering team.
- Regular travel in Southeast
- Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to standards

**The successful applicant**:
Commercial skills with financial confidence
- Project management / problem solver
- Flexible and adaptable and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- People management and development with strong communication skills
- Proactive approach to get ahead of issues.

Salary circa £50,000 to £60,000
