**We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator/Scheduler to join a growing business in the Sutton Coldfield area.**
**As the Helpdesk Coordinator/Scheduler you will be co-ordinating engineers regarding installations, maintenance and quoted works.**
**You will also be tasked with looking after the servicing and MOT of vans and vehicle trackers.**
**As a Helpdesk Coordinator/Scheduler, you will work well under pressure and be very organised having the ability to juggle lots of plates**
**This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being busy.**
**Ideally you will have experience of dealing with organising and scheduling engineers in previous roles.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
