We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the brand awareness and reputation of our company while driving recruitment efforts for both Conexus Recovery and our sister company CMS Metering Services.

**About Us**: Conexus Recovery, a leading debt recovery agency in Northern Ireland and the UK mainland, partners with major blue-chip lenders, high street banks, and utility companies. In 2022, Conexus acquired CMS Metering Services, enabling us to provide a comprehensive end-to-end service within the utility market. Our unique approach prioritises customer needs and vulnerabilities, offering affordable repayment solutions.

**The Role**: As a Recruitment Officer, you will bring modern marketing strategies to our recruitment process, covering positions across CMS Metering Services and Conexus Recovery within all departments. Your responsibilities will include attracting top talent for roles such as dual fuel meter engineers, warrant officers, doorstep representatives, meter readers, call centre staff, and other head of department positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the company's online presence on LinkedIn and other relevant career and social media platforms.
- Design and execute recruitment events and campaigns to enhance employer branding.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of employee attraction strategies, adjusting these strategies as needed.
- Communicating with HR and other departments on the company’s hiring needs and writing attractive job descriptions.
- Researching and appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, social medica etc considering the recruitment budget.
- Provide feedback to relevant parties at each stage of the recruitment process.
- Production of a weekly report with updates on recruitment to hiring managers.

- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an end-to-end recruitment role, advising managers on best practice.
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to stay up to date with advertising trends in the staffing industry.
- Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

**Role Details**:

- Starting Salary: £28,000 annually (to be reviewed after successful completion of probation)
