As a Team Leader you will be working closely with residents and a team of carers to ensure the smooth running of the site.

**About the role**
- To support with personal care needs on an individual basis recognising choice, ability and diversity
- To provide leadership to a team of carers and senior carers
- To recognise and actively encourage the importance of social activity in a person’s day
- To understand the importance of a person’s life history and incorporate this into the daily care needs
- To dispense and administer medication to residents
- To assess, plan and implement programmes of care for people living at the site.

**About you**

- Experience in the care sector is essential
- Previous line management responsibilities are desirable
