**WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE**:
Samuel and Sons is seeking a full-time export coordinator for our UAE and Russian markets to join our dynamic UK & European head office in London. The role would sit inside our Export and EU department aiding as well as managing the EU Client Services Representative. The role primarily focuses on trade sales, order fulfilment, client relations, office administration and providing support to the international sales team as well as residential and hospitality clients. The role would also be required to aide and support our hospitality department through a maternity leave period with the intention of growing this department and the Export Dept. over time.

The Export Coordinator acts as a liaison between the company, clients, and agents within our international territories, and provides valuable product information, problem solving with efficiency and accuracy, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, while increasing and adding value to the company.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing outstanding customer service to our international clients and representative showrooms and agents.
- Processing all enquiries, including quotes, purchase orders, shipments, and other ad-hoc duties such as credit control, export documents.
- Managing the EU Client Services Representative and reporting directly to the EU and UK Client Services Manager
- Providing support to the UK & EU Hospitality department during a period of maternity leave and taking on additional workload alongside other senior members of the Client Services team.
- Liaising with our USA distribution sites regarding stock, quality control, lead times.
- Supporting the sales team, agents, and clients on projects by monitoring production orders and ensuring smooth and on-time delivery as per customer request. Co-ordinating each project by communicating with various contacts including specifiers, purchasers, and sales agents.
- Working with management to determine optional special pricing for hospitality clients.
- Monitor all international partnered showroom sales and enquiries. Working across multiple time zones and prioritizing daily tasks.
- Liaising with our USA distribution sites regarding stock, quality control.

**Requirements**:
**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Microsoft Office Applications
- Data entry and experience of processing systems such as SAP, SAGE, etc.
- Previous experience and knowledge of hospitality, residential and export order processing
- Language skills, specifically for our international market would be a bonus.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional presentation
- Previous experience in a senior, lead, or managerial position
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
