Crime Reporter

SWL Security Services is looking to hire an additional crime reporting administrator to support our crime reporting department, with 32 hrs a week based at our head office in Poole with flexible working hours.

Your day to day duties will include the management of an internal criminal incident reporting and triage system, reporting relevant activities to the police and then managing that relationship going forward with multiple constabularies.

You'll also be working alongside our legal services department in pursuit of criminal and civil litigation against prolific offenders, violent offenders and internal investigations.

There is role/job progression anticipated, you'll be starting as a 'Junior' Crime Reporting Admin.

Job Aims and Objectives;
- Proactively contribute to a team of Crime Administrators to ensure Business and Organisation growth, in line with the Business Plan and the Board of Directors and Board of Shareholders’ interests.
- Read, understand & review Crime Reporting Department strategies, including local or specific strategies - in order to target areas for growth, management, and expansion.
- Encourage a level of engagement, strategy, development, and professional growth for all employees in the effort of maintaining a significant, autonomous, and proactive workforce with quality service delivery.
- Encourage and Hold true to the Business, its’ values and ‘working ethics’, ensuring the development of a Globally proactive and supported working culture.
