I am recruiting a Clerk of Works (QC Inspector) to join my clients London team. This role will have the potential for hybrid working. You’ll work on a wide range of projects across London and the South East. (Surrey, Kent & south London.)
- **Your duties will be but not limited too;**_
- Monitor and inspect all works in progress
- Provide an independent assessment of the construction works undertaken
- Maintain a diary of the progress of works
- Produce regular reports
- A good understanding of passive fire stopping measures and their correct installation
- A good knowledge of cladding systems and quality assurance processes
- Site management or site inspection experience
- Contract management background is preferable but not essential
- Professional membership of ICWCI or MCIOB is preferable but not essential
