A leading player within the utilities industry is now looking for an ME&I Estimator to join the business on a permanent basis.

The company continue to grow and as a result are going through significant employee expansion. They have a hugely exciting portfolio of work and there will be opportunity for long-term progression.

On offer is a salary of up to £50,000 plus company vehicle and unique company benefits.

Key duties:

- Initial project feasibility, survey and estimation
- Preparation of tenders
- site surveys and client scoping meetings
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, client’s professional representatives, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Read and fully understand client specifications and drawings
- Understand documentation required for formal submissions
- Prepare material, labor, plant and subcontractor cost analysis
- Prepare quotations to the required standard -Attend site visits and client meetings
- Consider site safety, health, and environmental issues
- Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors and ‘in-house’ resources
- Compile and collate documentation, schedules, and data sheets etc. for inclusion into final formal proposal submissions
- Ensure detailed handover to assigned PM -Routine chasing of Outstanding quotation

Package:

- Company car or allowance
- Company laptop and mobile phone provided
- Working hours 7:30-16:00 Monday - Friday
