We are working with a well established SME, who are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join their friendly team in Radlett. Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a new permanent role? You will ideally have experienceworking in an SME, and be either Part Qualified in CIMA or ACCA.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Preparation, reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
- Financial Analysis
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Knowledge of Payroll/PAYE/NI rates/allowances
- Accruals/Pre-payments
- Fixed Asset Register
- Supplier payment runs
- Month end close duties
- Yearend close duties
- Bank payments
- Prepare and liaise with External Auditors
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Cashflow management
- Monthly P&L accounts
- Forecasting budgets
- Variance Analysis
- Credit Control
- Providing support to Directors
- Annual stock takes
- Supervise bought/sales ledger assistant
- Supervise Payroll assistant
- Pension & Auto Enrolment
- dealing with Banks/Finance Companies

**Skills & Experience**
- CIS/reverse charge VAT experience - desirable
- Sage 50 & Sage Payroll
- Excel - intermediate level
- PQ ACCA or CIMA or QBE Accountant

The hours of work are 08:30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday - office based.
