Your Impact

The Junior Buyer will be a member of the Materials Team reporting into our Materials Manager. The role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day supply chain management and additional duties to support the Procurement team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Essential Duties**:
Prepare Purchase Orders and send to Suppliers.

Expediting Purchase Order acknowledgments within 48 hours of order placement.

Expediting open Purchase Orders to ensure on time delivery.

Order Book Reconciliation - Monthly.

Manage MRP and Kanban driven order lines to PO placement.

Compilation of data and reports for departmental KPIs.

Resolving invoice queries.

Placement of Purchase Orders for non-BOM / consumables / goods and services (iBuy).

Other duties as required to support the team and departmental KPIs.

Degree in Supply Chain / Business or related field.

Minimum of 1 Years’ Experience in Purchasing in a Manufacturing Environment.

Experience with using Oracle or MRP System.

Desire to develop in a supply chain role in a fast-paced environment.

Good Analytical skills.

Competent in the use of Excel.

Good Communication skills.

Self-disciplined & motivated.
