Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare updates to payroll records, monitor changes in compensation, process variable commission payments, accurately code bonus payments, process company stock transactions, maintain employment status changes, and complete month end/quarterly/annual processes
- Work with local as well as international team members within the greater accounting department, and consistently follow global company processes
- Liaise with the Human Resources department on employee matters relating to payroll
- Provide friendly customer service to Alteryx employees and promptly answer all payroll questions
- Work with payroll providers and vendors globally to ensure they are delivering on their service agreements

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 7 years of UK and 5 years of international payroll experience - Ideally covering France
- Strong experience with ADP Streamline/Celergo and Workday
- Experience using Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams)
- Must work well in a dynamic, fast paced, high growth environment
- Hands-on and able to work effectively with team members at all levels
- A process improvement mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Self-directed, proactive, and a strong sense of personal accountability
- Superb organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and tight deadlines
