Our dedicated Management Information (“MI”) and Data Analysis Team work closely with our Fee Earners, and all areas of the business, to deliver market leading MI and Data Analytics both internally and to external clients.

We are seeking a self-motivated Data Administrator to support the continued development and success of our MI and Data Analysis Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inputting and Maintaining Data
- Data Quality Control: Working closely with Fee Earners and other areas of the business to locate and correct data gaps and ensure that all data is accurate.
- Production of MI for External Clients: Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly bespoke bordereau’s, reports, and dashboards that meet our clients’ needs and that convert complex data into meaningful, and easily accessible, real-time metrics.
- Team Development: Supporting the Firm’s continued development of our MI and Data Analysis capabilities by growing and developing the analytic systems and solutions we deploy.

The Person:
Our Data Analyst will demonstrate the below key skills and experience:

- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organisation skills
- A keen attention to detail
- Experienced with working with Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience working in a MI / Data Administration position

The following would also be beneficial, although not essential:

- Previous experience of the insurance industry
- Previous experience working with claims management and/or CRM systems
