We have an exciting opportunity for a highly talented recruiter to join our small, friendly HR team as a Recruitment Partner, a new role working to support our employee-driven, rapidly expanding company as we invest in future growth. This job offers the opportunity to recruit across a range of departments and roles in a cutting edge, technology/publishing environment. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Recruitment Partner works to effectively deliver the recruitment strategy in alignment with broader business strategic goals, culture, and values.

What we are looking for
- Successful recruiter with demonstrable success in field.
- Experience of applicant tracking systems (especially Teamtailor highly desirable.)
- Experience using HR databases desirable.
- CIPD qualification desirable. Maintains Personal Development Journal and attends regular CPD activities.
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a busy, high-performing team with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple vacancies with differing processes and timelines.
- Relevant experience of, and competency in supporting hiring managers at all levels with UK and international recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of data protection legislation and how this applies to recruitment.
- Experience of using data reporting and analysis to improve results and refine processes/strategy.
- Resilient under pressure with excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
- High integrity and professional ethics.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Able to make autonomous decisions regarding operational recruitment queries but know when to escalate an issue to Head of HR.
- Experience of wider HR is desirable.
