**Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience**

Our client an established land and property developer is urgently looking for a Senior Planner to work within their growing team based in Surrey. The team currently offer a wide variety of acquisition, design and planning services to their clients.

For this role it is anticipated that the successful Senior Planner will:

- Have a BSc / MSc (or equivalent) in an appropriate planning related discipline
- Be MRTPI qualified (or close to achieving this)
- Have a demonstrable combined public and private sector planning experience
- Hold a full UK driver's licence

**Duties**:

- Managing graduate members of the team
- Identifying potential sites for development
- Liaising with clients and local authorities
- Preparing reports and statements
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business from both existing and new clients
- Managing and forecasting fee income
