Assembly Operative

Raytec have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Assembly Operative to join our team. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling various electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
**Responsibilities**:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble components
- Inspect parts for defects or imperfections
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
