We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, self-driven with good personal standards, excellent communication skills, who will lead by example and create a positive working environment through effective and efficient training.

**Overview of the role**:
To deliver effective, quality training to Operatives and Team Leaders.

To ensure a consistent standard of delivery is maintained throughout the plant including Health & Safety and production levels to remain high, whilst striving for cost efficiency and increased profitability.

To support individuals to achieve their optimum output while maintaining motivation, leading by example and updating the training records for the business.

To organise and liaise with the recruitment agencies in regards to agency workers

To organise, run and deliver agency training and inductions

To organise and run Operational Company induction training for all new employees

This role will be key in driving the standards to enable the business to achieve and maintain ISO Accreditation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
