Forte is looking for an inspiring Head of Centre to lead a highly qualified and motivated team at our school that cater for Alternative Provision Students.

As Head of Centre, you will promote safeguarding and a relentless focus on high quality, creative learning, delivering our pupils educational needs, maximising children’s achievement and their ability to develop in a safe environment.

**About the role**

You will exercise dynamic leadership and ensure the full development of the vision of Forte, its promotion and continuous improvement. You will create and maintain a Centre of Excellence in the safeguarding and education of our students.

You will create a shared vision and strategic plan which inspires and motivates pupils, staff and all other members of the school community. This vision should express safeguarding, core educational values and moral purpose and be inclusive of stakeholders’ values and beliefs. The strategic planning process is critical to sustaining school improvement and ensuring that the school moves forward for the benefit of its pupils.

You will work in collaboration with the Headteacher and other senior managers to provide a complete service and to develop and increase the wider services offered by the school to encourage an increase in referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Educational Qualifications
- Willingness to extend personal and professional development
- Experience is an educational setting
- A fully enhanced DBS

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prenton, CH43 9LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
