Luxury Guest Services Associate

Recruiting high-energy, customer service focused and hard-working individuals to join an exciting and growing team in Residential Build to Rent development. Our Client provides brand new stylish apartments.
**Location**:London
**Salary**:£26,000 per annum plus Bonus
**Job type**:Full Time -Permanent
**Shift Pattern**: Monday - Friday - 8am to 4.30pm / 9am to 5.30pm / 11.30am to 8pm
**Occasional Weekend Shifts**: 1 in every 3 weekends 11.30am to 8pm.
**MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK WEEKENDS**
**Duties and responsibilities**
**Customer Service**
- Prioritise customer service, ensuring residents have the best possible experience, and become our ambassadors
- Contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours
- Be part of a comprehensive front of house team, anticipating and exceeding customer expectations
- Deal with customer complaints with empathy, and praise with modesty
- Contribute to a happy, motivated and ambitious team that’s task driven and results-orientated
- Champion customer service, ensuring residents have the bestpossible experience
**Lettings / Property Management**
- Be flexible, and hands on. Get stuck in
- Take the lead in touring and leasing to maximise occupancy and revenue, including following up on leads and sales conversions
- Work alongside external leasing agents, building positive relationships and increasing sales
- Be part of the on-call rota as and when required
- Support events and activities
- Support the management team in the management of the entire estate, including residential and commercial elements
- Manage rent arrears in line with policies and procedures
- Assist in the management of resident tenancies, including ASTs, move-in and move-out processes, and anything in between.
- Build relationships with senior team members across the business
