Soft Landscaper

**Position Overview**

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and a comprehensive soft landscaping service to our customers. Soft landscapers responsibilities include seeding and turfing including ground/soil preparation, planting, mulching, general ground preparation. You will have a minimum of 2 years and preferably 5 years or more experience in soft landscaping or a similar role. **Key Tasks**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience and preferable 5 years or more experience of all aspects of soft landscaping.
- Seeding and turfing including ground/soil preparation, planting, mulching, general ground preparation.
- Have and be able to demonstrate a passion for high quality of work and delivering work to a timescale.

**Personal Qualities**
- Positive attitude.
- Honest, respectful and have integrity.
- Good time keeping and punctuality.
- Good written skills, for timesheets, van checks etc.
- Good digital skills for online training from a computer or device.

**Qualifications and skills**
- A qualification in soft landscaping or horticulture would be advantageous.
- CSCS card is desirable/preferable.
- A Driving License is a prerequisite, experience with towing is advantageous.

**Benefits and schedule**
- On-site parking.
- Working hours Monday to Friday 7.00 to 16.30 with an hour for lunch/breaks.
- Location: sites in and around M4 corridor, Swindon to Oxford.
- Company vehicle provided for work, we pay all travel time and fuel.
- Salary £12.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
- Bonus scheme based on performance based KPI.

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
