High Risk Planner

**Job Purpose**
- Create, modify and manage daily and weekly production schedules, for both fresh & frozen products, to ensure 100% customer service level whilst managing the life on fresh production to ensure no wastage.
- Ensuring raw material availability to achieve production plans through creation of schedules for demand requirement within material lead times. Chairing daily production reviews and weekly planning meetings to ensure effective communication of requirements to achieve production plans and to resolve any issues that may arise. Working closely with all departments in terms of production launches & trial requirements to achieve customer expectations.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage Daily and weekly orders, for retail and food service customers, by printing off orders from SAP and maintaining planning spreadsheets
- Preparation of production schedules
- Input production schedules into Excel spreadsheets and release to Factory
- Issue of the production plan on daily and weekly basis to all teams and ensure raw materials are available at least 24hours prior to the production run
- Review Feedstock position to ensure any short life feedstock is packed off or unitizes
- Conduct weekly planning meeting with production, technical, engineering and NPD.
- Analysis of actual and forecast sales data to determine individual sku stock requirements.
- Manage individual sku production to optimise finished goods stock
- Review finished goods stock holding and identify slow moving stock
- Review short life and communicate with Commercial to sell in, or sell off
- Work with NPD to ensure that all trials are effectively planned in
- Reporting of all required KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis - typically customer service level, finished goods stock holding, plan attainment,
- To ensure implementation of best practice in food safety, legality and quality of product in the Planning area
- Daily check of SAP for IDOC’s collect data to clear these
- Maintain and update all forecast spreadsheets and liaise with Commercial team of any spikes in orders
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Significant Planning within FMCG environment.
- Prior experience of working with multiple retailers and / or foodservice.
- Experience of working with Hellenic systems (not essential as full training will be provided)
- Experience of working with SAP systems (not essential as full training will be provided)
