**About us**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Creation of marketing materials
- Creation of graphic assets for colleagues involved in the various national and international projects, following branding guidelines and providing professional advice on the best use of those assets
- Creation of an on-brand MRC Harwell Campus experience for staff, tenants and visitors
- Assistance with printing and print finishing for posters, business stationery, reports, manuals and general marketing materials
- Maintainance of archives of images, photos and work products
- Working with colleagues on web-design implementation and creation of bespoke design in house
- Use of industry-standard graphics and multimedia software packages to:

- Prepare high quality scientific publication graphics
- Correct and improve poster artworks
- Provision of corrections and improvements on scientists’ poster designs

**About You**:

- Graphic Design or related fine art degree
- Experience of working within a graphics design environment
- Highly creative, capable of taking ownership of projects
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and deliver upon graphics design objectives
- Excellent team player who is enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.
