Health & Safety Advisor wanted for a large Pharma project in Oxfordshire for one of Ireland and UK's biggest Building and Engineering companies.

Health & Safety background with a proven track record in leading teams in Pharma (ideally) environments or other similar industries. At least 5 years Health & Safety Lead experience.

Experience & Requirements:

- Toolbox Safety talks, Develop, promote and maintain a strong, pro-active health, safety and well-being culture
- Contribute to the proper drafting and effective communication of the Company's EHS policies
- Member of IOSH, Certified level as a minimum (CMIOSH preferred)
- Degree or equivalent in Environmental, Health and Safety management
- 5 Years minimum EHS experience
- Experience of implementing EHS Management Systems and supporting procedures
- Experienced in disaster planning, resolution and recovery
- An advanced knowledge of construction health and safety principles with proven technical skills in occupational safety and health disciplines
- Experience in developing and implementing behavioural safety programmes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate and lead, the investigation of incidents ensuring root cause analysis is completed and corrective actions are implemented.
- Influence employee work practices through dialogue, relationship building and behavioural safety coaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
