We are seeking a number of EPC Assessors who will be responsible for producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) on commercial properties. An EPC is required when a property is either built, leased, re-leased or sold on any commercial and residential property.

Here at SOCOTEC, we deliver excellence to our customers by recruiting and retaining the very best industry talent. To be successful in this role, you will be:

- Responsible for inspecting commercial properties
- Collect data during site visits
- Modelling the commercial property using 3D software (Design builder)
- Produce the EPC via recognised EPC software
- Lodgement of level 3 & 4 EPCs
