**We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Administrator to join our Trust in the Central Estates Team to provide a professional administration Service, supporting Trust & School leadership and estates colleagues.**

This is a permanent post, working 35 hours per week, all year round.

The salary for this post is Grade 5, reflecting a starting salary of £24,948 with a maximum salary of £27,852.

You will be based in our central support office at Greenacres (Piper Hill Sixth Form site in Wythenshawe) and may be required to visit schools within the trust to provide on-site support.

You will:

- To support the effective management of the Trust’s Estate, providing day to day administrative support for operational activities and assist in the development and implementation of the Trust’s Estate Strategy.
- To be responsible for effective administration of Trust Wide / School Based asset management and maintenance programmes.
- To support the delivery of high-quality Health and Safety and Compliance across all schools ensuring they operate in line with statutory and Trust guidelines.
- To work collaboratively with all staff and wider stakeholders to support student well-being and promote the values of the Trust.

The Trust currently comprises of 8 schools, including 4 mainstream high schools and 4 special needs schools (both primary and secondary). We are a growing Trust, currently working in the South Manchester area but with further schools anticipated across Greater Manchester. The Trust was formed in September 2017 through the merger of two multi academy trusts. We currently employ over 1000 staff and are passionate about providing exceptional education for children from any background so that they become happy, confident adults with excellent academic knowledge and qualifications. We believe that our staff play a vital role in achieving our vision.
