Duties include:

- Based within ARR’s Control Room the Controller will arrange road transport at times when the train service is disrupted
- Responsible for the quality of our customer-focused response
- To provide efficient and effective administrative support
- Work effectively with external suppliers and colleagues
- Have a duty of care for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues at all times, including a duty to report unsafe acts or omissions to safety
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.
- An individual who can develop effective working relations with suppliers and colleagues
- Can handle high pressure situations in a calm and logical manner
- It will be desirable if applicants can demonstrate previous experience administering logistics or passenger transport
- The posts involve shift-working on a rota basis covering Early, Late and Night shift patterns
