- Customer service experience, ideally working toward sales targets
- Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrable customer service focus, both face to face and over the phone
- IT literate

**Hours of Work**

This is a Full-Time position, working Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm plus every other Saturday from 8am to 12pm

**What will I be doing in the role?**

Our **Sales Advisor** is one of our most important roles in the business. A great **Sales Advisor** will help keep our business running smoothly, and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities. To support the business, you will;
- Maximise customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice
- Develop new customer accounts and lapsed accounts
- Realise full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
- Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Support all Company initiatives
- Follow plans to continuously improve customer experience
- Advise customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge
