We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead our efforts in becoming a full-scale acquirer and payment provider. As the Product Owner at XPate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and driving the development of our comprehensive payment solutions, mainly focusing on card acquiring, wallets, and alternative payment methods. You will join a highly energized team from various backgrounds, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON**
- ** Strategy and Vision**:
Develop and articulate a strategic vision for xpate to become the industry's leading acquirer and payment provider.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business goals;
- ** Product Development**: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
Define and prioritize features and functionalities that enhance xpate's acquisition and payment provider capabilities.
Led the cards' product portfolio, understanding acquiring challenges with an extreme attention to detail.
- ** Market Analysis**
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the payments landscape.
Use market insights to guide product decisions and stay ahead of industry developments;
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**
Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, to gather input, address challenges, and ensure successful product launches.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance XPate's ecosystem and capabilities
- ** Regulatory Compliance**
Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the payments industry;
Ensure that xpate's acquirer and payment services adhere to all applicable regulations;

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a fintech environment.
- Ability to lead product teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience defining longer-term strategy and aligning with senior management.
- Familiarity with terms like card scheme compliance, network tokenization, SCA optimization, etc.
- Ability to gather insights, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience driving the product roadmap, setting clear objectives, and prioritizing feature enhancements.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication in English and organizational skills.
