Main Responsibilities
You will:

- Conduct all planning meetings with clients with sufficient knowledge of the venue to ensure that all events are workable for the wider team
- Ensure that all events are accurately costed in-line with the companies budgetary and pricing policies
- Record and accurately communicate the event details and requirements to all departments and suppliers
- Conduct client menu tastings
- Ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail is given to clients throughout the whole process
- Be creative with solutions to fulfil client requirements
- Be proactive in ensuring all clients are well informed, comfortable and happy
- Fully utilise our CRM ‘Priava’ for event packages and diary updates for provisional/confirmed events

You will have previous experience in a similar events management role and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. You will have the ability to understand the needs of our clients and ensure that we deliver to an exact specification. You will have real energy and enthusiasm and the ability to motivate a team in preparation for events and achieve results through people.

Our clients expect a service second to none, so we expect you to have top-notch service delivery and operational skills, and the ability to deliver events that will surpass our clients expectations.

You will also have:

- Wedding planning experience (advantage)
- Excellent communicator, able to interface at all levels, with internal and external stakeholders
- An eye for detail, able to see the bigger picture
- A dynamic can-do attitude and a results driven approach
- A flexible approach to working evenings and weekends when needed
