**Room Leader - Toddlers**

**Rand Farm Park Day Nursery - Part of the Farm Day Nurseries group**

Full time, Permanent contract. 40 hours per week.

Offering a unique environment and learning experiences for the children in our care, our ethos is focused on outdoor learning, natural materials and resources and following a “child led” learning approach. We are excited to announce that we are expanding our 96 place day nursery at the award winning Rand Farm Park, and we are looking for a Toddler Room Leader to join us working at this unique, farm based setting.

The role is a full time, permanent position, working **40hrs** per week, on various shift patterns between our opening hours of 7:30am-6:30pm.

We are looking for a confident, experienced Room Leader or Senior Early Years Practitioner. You must have **previous experience** and will be motivated to hit the ground running and add value to our fun and hard working team. You will thrive in a busy environment, and always be on hand with new ideas and activities. You will be confident in all areas of the EYFS, and delivering planning, supporting and mentoring other staff and leading the team forward. You will be qualified in Childcare to a minimum of Level 3, and have experience in a similar role working with children 0-5 years.

**Salary**: £23,296.00 per year
