Your Duties: As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, including:

- Thoroughly cleaning washrooms, ensuring toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and floors are spotless.
- Replenishing soaps, toilet rolls, and hand towels to maintain a pleasant and well-stocked atmosphere.
- Cleaning communal areas, including seating and tables, to provide a welcoming space for all.
- Performing office cleans, dusting desks, vacuuming, and removing rubbish for a tidy and organised workspace.
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised cleaning cupboard for efficient operations.
- Placing weekly orders for cleaning products to ensure we never run out of essential supplies.
- Following provided Procedures and Work Instructions for safe and effective cleaning practices.

Your Key Skills: As an integral part of our team, we value the following skills in our Commercial Cleaners:

- Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery with ease and safety.
- Physical agility to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during your working hours.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their proper storage, and safe disposal methods.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively within the team and customers.
- Outstanding organisational skills to manage your tasks efficiently and deliver exceptional results.
- Self-motivation to identify and complete necessary tasks without direct supervision.
- Flexibility to arrive on-site for a 6am start, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment from the beginning of the day.

**Salary: £21,673.60 per annum**

There is also the opportunity to take part in an on-call rota and attend site for out of hours emergency cleaning - for which you will receive additional remuneration including an on-call payment and enhanced OT rates.

**Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 0600-1500, full-time 40 hours (1 hour unpaid break).**
